Ross Wilson Helms, Jr., 86, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022. He was born May 31, 1935, son of the late Ross Wilson Helms and Ovie Ghant Helms. Funeral Services will be private. Ross is survived by his wife of 65 years, Shelby Helms; sons, Ross Helms, III, of Waxhaw, Eric Lee Helms (Linda) of Monroe, Billy John Helms (Tracy) of Waxhaw; one daughter, Roxane Smith (Charles) of Waxhaw; sister, Rachel Thomas (Billy) of Waxhaw; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
