Ruby Stewart Bell Foster, 81, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2012. She was born in Magnolia, AR October 5, 1930 daughter to the late Edgar Julia Perry Stewart. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 1, 2012 in Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at1:00 PM. Ruby is survived by a son Jim Bell of North Wales, PA, two daughters Rebecca Broadway of Monroe, NC and Perry Moyer of Charleston, SC, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
