Ruby Leigh Helms Fowler, 91, of Monroe, NC passed away Saturday, January 23, 2021. She was born in Union County on August 16, 1929, daughter to the late Eustace Carl Helms and Ethel Price Helms. She is also preceded in death by her husband Jack Fowler and sisters, Louise Priles, Wilma Conder, Verla Ruth Hamilton, Frances Baker and brother, Carl Helms, Jr. A graveside service will be held at 1:00PM, Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Lakeland Memorial Park.
