Ruby Catherine Hannah

Mrs. Ruby Tucker Hannah, 83, of Monroe, NC passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019. She was born in Union County on April 18,1936 to the late George and Fronie Whitley Tucker. She was preceded in death by her husband Herman Franklin Hannah, daughter Linda Diane Crump, brothers James “Bud” Tucker and George “Jake” Tucker, sister Patsy Wolf and grandson Dexter Dwayne Hannah. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, January 3, 2020 at Gordon Funeral Chapel 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112. Burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Ruby is survived by her children, sons; Johnny Ray Hannah, Dwayne Allen Hannah, Jerry Franklin Hannah, Roger Dale Hannah all of Monroe, daughters; Mary Catherine Greene of Unionville, Lisa Hannah Helms Malloy of Marshville, three sisters; Betty Sparks, Sally Griffin and Faye McCain all of Monroe, 17 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
