Russell “Rusty” Wayne Hinson, 61, of Charlotte, NC passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024. He was born in Union County, NC on September 7, 1963 son to the late Ralph Mitchell Hinson and Marie Rodden Hinson. He is also preceded in death by his loving wife Janet Benfield Hinson.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Lakeland Memorial Park, 1901 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.

He enjoyed playing golf and his favorite pastime was going out dancing with his wife.

Rusty is survived by his brother Jeffery Hinson and his wife Sandy, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.
