Sadie Butner

Dateline: Monroe, NC Sadie Deese Butner, passed away Monday, February 28, 2011. She was born in Union County, NC daughter of the late Bazle and Ona Mae Yow Deese. Mrs. Butner was a retired employee for the Department of Social Services. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Gordon Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Mrs. Butner is survived by her husband, Barry L. Butner, son, Barry E. Butner of Mooresville, NC, daughter, Lisa Wuestenberg of Rock Hill, SC, 4 grandchildren, Jason, Kelly, Justin and Brandon and 1 great grandchild, Jacob. The family will receive friends Wednesday prior to the service from 1:00 until 1:45 at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112.
