Sandra Gail Cook, 44, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2013. She was born in Broward County, FL on June 23, 1968, daughter of Gail Cross Rollins and William Charles Hassenplug. Sandra was a retiree from Cigna Healthcare. A funeral mass will be held Friday, July 5, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, followed by a memorial service at the residence. She is survived by her mother, Gail Cross Rollins and husband Phil; her father, William Charles Hassenplug and wife Trudy; sisters, Julie Baucom (Doug) of Wadesboro and Ginger Sheppey (Brent) of Polkton; Tia Stillwell (Scottie); Best friend, Heather Muldowney; brothers, Billy Hassenplug (Caroline) of Monroe, Zack Rollins (Katherine), Dan Hurd (Jessica) and Ned Hurd (Nicole); nieces, Sarah Baucom, Katie Baucom, Rebecca Baucom, Brittany Hassenplug, Melissa Sheppey, Sarah Sheppey, Alexis Hurd, Savannah Hurd, Kayla Hurd and Janna Fana; nephews, Matthew Baucom, Blake Hassenplug, Jackson Stillwell, Joseph Rollins, and Nathan Hurd; great-nephews, Zachary Eddins and Leo Sheppey.
