Shannon Lynnay Simmons

Shannon Parham Simmons, 56, of Monroe, NC crossed over on Thursday, April 18, 2024. She was born in Nyack, New York, on June 15, 1967 daughter to the late Linwood Parham and Billie Grimsley Parham. She is also preceded by her brother Eunace Raymond Blakeney.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Shannon is survived by her two sons, Desmond Parham; and Lamont Parham; two daughters, Lasacia Allen (Travis Chisman); Davette Wright (Rickie); brother Linwood Alexander Parham ( Heather Faye) and their children, Laquita Harrison, Marintino Parham, Chaquan Parham, Irelind Massey, Isaiah Parham, Mackenzie Kazleman; sister Shaunessee Parham and her children, Billy Parham, Leon Allen Jr., Noel Allen, Chayla Allen, Elon Allen; sister Shayla Blakeney and her children, Destinee Blakeney, Michael Blount, Dynastee Blount, Eraylin Blakeney, Jayla Studivant; sixteen grandchildren, Immanuel Allen; Malachai Allen; Genesis Allen; Keyonna Parham; Dmya Parham; Zyonna Parham; Promise Parham; Kailyn Parham; Mykeem Parham; Ziyere McNeely; Rickie Wright III; Aabri’Elle Wright; Feniqks Wright; Nai’Huum Wright; Reign Wright; Ish’Maal Wright; and one great-grandchild, Taylen Lawrence.
