She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on February 27, 1940 daughter of the late George and Marie Musser Adams. Mrs. Chumas is survived by her sons, John Chumas of Matthews, Michael Chumas of Myrtle Beach, SC and Sean Chumas of Waxhaw, a daughter, Marsha Thornton of Elizabethon, Tennessee, sisters, Cheryl Witte and Barbara Zartman, both of Fort Wayne, Indiana and 10 grandchildren.
