Sibyl Whitley, 67, of Monroe, NC passed away Monday, December 28, 2020. She was born in Raleigh, NC on July 9, 1953, daughter to the late James Benjamin Whitley and Arthelia Whitley. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00PM, Sunday, January 3, 2021 in Lee Park Church, 2491 Morgan Mill Rd, Monroe, NC 28110.
