Sibyl Jean Whitley

Sibyl Whitley, 67, of Monroe, NC passed away Monday, December 28, 2020. She was born in Raleigh, NC on July 9, 1953, daughter to the late James Benjamin Whitley and Arthelia Whitley. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00PM, Sunday, January 3, 2021 in Lee Park Church, 2491 Morgan Mill Rd, Monroe, NC 28110. Sibyl is survived by her soul mate Frank Bowers, son, Drew Bowers, daughter Christen Anthony and her husband Mike, her sister, Deborah Gay and her husband Mike and two grandchildren, Natalie Gilbert and Ben Anthony.
