Stanley Thomas Grinnell

Stanley Thomas Grinnell, 76, passed away Monday, August 22, 2011. He was born in Camden, New York on July 17, 1935 son of the late Stanley and Doris Dunn Grinnell. Mr. Grinnell was a US Navy veteran. A graveside service will be held Friday, August 26, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury, NC. A memorial service will also be held Friday at 3:00 PM in the Townsend Center at JAARS in Waxhaw. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Johnson Grinnell, son, Thomas Edward Grinnell, daughters, Lynne Grinnell, Patricia Martin and Donna Ahrens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to JAARS Maritime Projects, P O Box 248, Waxhaw, NC 28173 or the Second Baptist Church, building fund, 1426 Great Falls Hwy., Lancaster, SC 29720.
