Teresa Gale Norris, 65, of Monroe, NC passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021. She was born in Union County on January 30, 1956 to the late George Helms and Shirley Benton Helms. She is also preceded in death by her husband David Andrew Norris Sr., son Christopher Stephen King and a daughter, Kathrene Elizabeth Norris. A graveside service will be held at 12:30PM, Monday, September 20, 2021 at Lucy Helms Cemetery, 4316 Hillcrest Church Rd, Monroe, NC 28110. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00AM until 12:00PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112. She was a member of Philadelphia Baptist Church and enjoyed her time as a member of the Power Fanatics Mustang Club and Wrecking Club Mustang Club. She is survived by her four sons, Jamie Brian King (Donna) from Mt. Gilead, NC., David Andrew Norris Jr. (Julie), from Charlotte, NC, Adam Joseph Norris (Dakota), of Kershaw, SC., and Douglas Blake Norris (Julia) of Monroe, NC., of two brothers; Scott Helms (Melanie) of Indian Trail, NC. and Steve Helms (Vonnie) of Mt.
