Thatcher Wayne Faile

Thatcher Wayne Faile, 8 weeks, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022. He was born March 14, 2022 in Mecklenburg County, NC, son of Kalee Gail Starnes and Joshua Lee Faile.

In addition to his parents, Thatcher is survived by his grandparents, Johnny and Tammy Miller of Jefferson, SC, Michael and Kristen Starnes of Monroe and Barry and Melinda Williams of Monroe; great-grandparents, Mr. Ronnie Clawson of Peachland, SC, Mrs. Linda Helms of Monroe and Mrs. Wilamena Miller of Jefferson, SC; great-great-grandmother, Mrs. Ruth Courtney of Monroe; Aunt Shay and Uncle Thomas Ownbey of Waxhaw, Uncle Ryan Faile of Jefferson and Uncle Matthew Starnes of Monroe. He was preceded in death by his Aunt Kristen Williams.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC. The family will visit with friends and relatives following the service.
