Thomas Gary Sizemore

Thomas Gary Sizemore, 81, of Monroe, NC passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022. He was born in Yadkin County on August 19, 1941 son of the late Paul Sizemore and Lola Carlton Sizemore. He is also preceded in death by his loving wife Iva Chaney Sizemore as well as son Chris Sizemore, step-son Mark Chaney, two brothers; Calvin and Alvin Sizemore.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00PM on Thursday, September 22, 2022 in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00PM until 2:45PM at Gordon Funeral Service and Crematory, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.

Gary is survived by his daughter, Sherry Allgood; step-son, Tim Chaney; two brothers, J.P. Sizemore and Bobby Sizemore; four grandchildren, Christian Chaney, Rebekah Metcalf (Jordon), Nicholas Sizemore (Cristina), Matt Chaney (Melissa) and six great-grandchildren.
