Dateline: Monroe, NC Timothy Daniel Reiter January 24, 1969 - March 24, 2009 Timothy Daniel Reiter went to Heaven to be with his Lord and mother, Coila June Stephenson Reiter on March 24, 2009. Timothy leaves behind his life partner and true soul mate Susan Gordon Thomas in Monroe, NC, his loving father, James W. Reiter and wife Amy of Barboursville, WV and his loving brothers, Tony Stephen Reiter and wife Jana of Monroe, and Terry Dean Reiter and fiancé Teresa and son Ryan of Scott Depot, WV, nieces Elizabeth Easter (Josh) and Victoria Reiter of Monroe and his extended family James and Sara Gordon and family of Monroe and Shawn Tatham of Atlanta, GA and beloved pets, Prince and Bandit. Tim was dearly loved by many and was always ready to give a helping hand and a smile. He was a knight in shining armor to Susan, made her feel like a princess and treated her like a queen. They enjoyed many wonderful, special years filled with true love, peace and happiness. She will love and miss him always and forever. Tim had a unique bond with his family and missed his mother greatly. His loving father and loving brothers had many special times over the years they were together. Those times will be forever etched in their memories and hearts. Tim worked at Bridgman Paint and Body, Inc. in Indian Trail, NC with Tim and Danny Bridgman restoring classic cars and doing auto body repairs. He was a master technician fabricator and took great pride in his work and highly valued his family’s name and reputation in the business. A loving service will be held in his memory and to celebrate his life at Gordon Funeral Service in Monroe on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at 2:00 PM. Family and friends will gather from 12:30 until 1:45 PM at the funeral home. Tim will be laid to rest at Lakeland Memorial Park in Monroe, NC.
