Walter Lee Frieze, Jr., 78, of Waxhaw, passed away Monday, July 23, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 24, 1940 a son of the late Walter Lee, Sr. and Ruth Winchester Frieze. He graduated from Stanton Military Academy, Myers Park High School and attend the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina .He served in the United States Army as a Green Beret during the Vietnam War.
