Wanda Mae (Hunter) Smith

Wanda Hunter Smith, 80, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018. She was born June 29, 1937 in Union County, NC daughter to the late Wildred Harry Minnie Kate Starnes Hunter. She is also preceded in death by two granddaughters, Erin Roberts, and Christy Roberts. Funeral services will be held 4:00, Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Prospect United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will visit with friends and family prior to the service from 3:00 PM until 3:45 PM in the fellowship building. Wanda is survived by her loving husband of 46 years Billy Frank Smith, three sons Eddie Roberts, wife Kathy, Bennie Roberts, and Todd Roberts, wife Cathy, three grandchildren Jon Roberts, Daniel Roberts, and Steven Roberts Memorials maybe made to Prospect United Methodist Church, 6020 Prospect Road, Monroe, NC 28112.
