"Wendy" Barbara Louise Farr Smith

“Wendy” Barbara Louise Farr Smith, 70, of Marshville, NC passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. She was born in Savannah, Georgia on January 24, 1955, daughter to the late Robert Lee Farr and Doris Strickland Scofield. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Scott Smith.

Wendy is survived by her two daughters Carrie Overcash and Amy Medlin, brother, Dennis Farr (Linda Haseltine), sister, Terry Hand, six grandchildren, Chase Overcash (Madison), Keigan Overcash (Camron Plattenburg), Lochlyn Overcash, Annalyce Medlin, Isabelle Medlin, and Olivia Medlin, and one great granddaughter, Paisley Plattenburg, as well as two fur babies, Baxter and Sparky.
