William Dean Amos, 62, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 4, 2019. He courageously battled cancer for over two years holding his daughter and family as the anchor for the fight. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 2:00pm at Gordon Funeral Service. The family will receive friends and family from 1:00pm until 1:45pm prior to the service at the funeral home. He is preceded in death by his father, Marian Jonas Amos and brother, Kenny Amos. William leaves behind his daughter, Ashton Amos; mother, Yvonne Amos; brothers, Mike Amos (Lydia), Jeff Hamrick (Sue), and Chris Hamrick (Nickie), and many special nieces and nephews.
