William Earle Billy Huey, Jr, 70, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. He was born May 25, 1947 in Lancaster, SC, son of Marilyn Roberts Huey and the late William Huey, Sr. He is also preceded in death by his younger brother, Tommy Huey. Billy was a member of Tirzah Presbyterian Church and active in Bible Society. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Billy spent several years traveling throughout the United States, from Florida to California. He worked for Union County Mental Health Services for over six years Funeral services for Billy will be held from the graveside, 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Tirzah Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 7507 Tirzah Church Road, Waxhaw, NC 28173. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service.
