William Douglas (Doug) Morrison (75) passed away at the Hospice House of Monroe on Friday, May 11, 2012. Doug was born in Tillicoultry, Scotland in 1936. He has worked in the electrical industry for many years as a project supervisor and estimator. Doug is survived by his wife of 49 years, Jeanne; daughter Kate and husband Mike of Seal Beach, CA; daughter, Elizabeth and husband Chris; plus grandchildren Fiona and Dashiell of Modesto, CA; and son James Brian and his special love, Jennifer of Anchorage, AK. He is also survived by granddaughter, Autumn Gourley of Warren, PA. He is also survived by family in Scotland; brother, Andrew and wife Rae, plus nieces Jennifer and Hazel of Erskine; cousins, Glenys and Alistair of Bannockburn, and Billy of Fife. There is a special place in Heaven for Doug, for his love and kindness to all animals is immeasurable. His five dogs and two cats will miss him dearly. There will be no funeral service per Doug’s request. His ashes will be taken back to Scotland and scattered among the Ochil Hills he loved and missed so much. Friends are welcome to come by the home.
