William "Todd" Taylor

William “Todd” Taylor, 42, passed away Monday, April 5, 2010. He was born in Union County, NC on October 8, 1967, son of Joyce Williams Taylor and the late William Sherrill “Bill” Taylor. He was a truck driver and a volunteer assistant for the Forest Hills High School football team. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM in Gordon Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. In addition to his mother, Mr. Taylor is survived by his son, Zachary Taylor of Monroe, two daughters, Megan Taylor of Charlotte and Amber Burnette of Waxhaw, a brother William Richard and wife, Peggy Taylor of Wingate and a sister, Sherrill Ann Williams of Wadesboro. The family will receive friends and family Wednesday, April 7, 2010 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC.
