Willis Emil Cooper, 92, passed away March 2, 2016. He was born in Moro County, IL on October 28, 1923 son of the late Henry George and Jennie Bird Cooper. Mr. Cooper is survived by his wife, Jean Dossett Cooper, sons, Keith Cooper of Monroe and Brad Cooper of Morganville, New Jersey, brother, Leslie Cooper of Illinois, grandchildren, Scott and Nicholas Cooper of New Jersey.
