Zachary Scott Starnes, 40, of Waxhaw, NC, went to be with Jesus courageously and peacefully on September 26, 2021. He is the precious son of Rhonda and Keith Starnes and has one brother, Jason Starnes. Zachary touched everyone he met in a special way.
